About the role#
As an Analyst in the Actuarial Delivery Group, you will contribute to retirement plan valuations, design, compliance, and risk management. This includes work on defined benefit, defined contribution, and retiree medical plans. You will support projects that help organizations align their retirement programs with company objectives. This position is open only to current 2026 WTW interns seeking full-time employment.

- Perform calculations and actuarial analysis on routine and special projects.
- Manage your own workload to meet deadlines and professional standards.
- Communicate with team members to manage expectations and report issues.
- Work independently while using available resources to build technical skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gain exposure to different work styles.
- Explore WTW career paths to plan your progression within the company.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics or Statistics, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Graduation date between May 2026 and August 2027.
- Completion of a Summer 2026 WTW internship.
- No interest in pursuing future actuarial exams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
