About the role#
As a Pension Outsourcing Analyst, you will provide administration support for defined benefit plans. You will work under the guidance of senior analysts to perform recurring services, resolve client questions, and complete projects. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and French to support our clients and stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Perform routine plan administration tasks like benefit calculations and annual data updates.
- Collaborate with team members, including actuaries and plan administrators, to ensure service delivery.
- Serve as a point of contact for client human resources personnel.
- Maintain accurate work papers, case notes, and documentation.
- Update your knowledge of plan designs, benefit formulas, and government regulations.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Completion of the Summer 2026 Pension Outsourcing internship with WTW.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Compensation: $62,000 CAD per year, plus eligibility for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
