About the role#
This position is for individuals who have completed the WTW Employee Experience Internship in Summer 2026. As an Employee Experience Analyst, you will work with consultants to deliver solutions for client challenges in communications, strategy, change management, and employee insights. You will gain exposure to client assignments that require analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
What you'll do#
- Write and develop HR and benefits-related materials, including PowerPoints, guides, and other digital content.
- Assist with the design, production, and presentation of client materials.
- Provide actionable insights to help improve employee engagement and support a high-performance culture.
- Serve as a project manager and liaison between senior staff, clients, and technical teams to ensure project success.
- Learn to use WTW employee experience software and digital tools.
- Collaborate with teams to diagnose issues and develop logical, data-driven conclusions.
What you'll need#
- Completion of the WTW Employee Experience Internship in Summer 2026.
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, communications, journalism, or liberal arts.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to clients and on camera.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and familiarity with Foxit and Adobe platforms.
- Willingness to learn Adobe Workfront.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of current communication, marketing, and change management trends.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Irvine, California.
- Candidates must be able to work legally in the United States without sponsorship.
- Availability to travel on an as-needed basis is required.
