About the role#
The Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) Graduate Development Program is a 17-month, non-rotational program. It provides a broad knowledge base and hands-on experience to help you shape your career. Participants begin with a one-week orientation and onboarding training to learn about various functions within the firm. You will work within the Placement team to help clients mitigate their total cost of risk by assessing, modeling, and structuring risk.
What you'll do#
- Gather information and analytics to evaluate client risks.
- Create loss summaries, review program binders for accuracy, and check policies.
- Assist brokers and senior brokers with draft submission documents and final delivery.
- Review quotes against specifications and develop side-by-side comparisons.
- Prepare program proposals and develop client presentations.
- Assist with deliverables for Client Renewal Strategy Meetings and RFPs.
- Research market solutions to identify optimum risk strategies.
- Facilitate introductions to carrier and trading partners.
- Maintain accurate information on internal systems.
- Obtain required insurance and surplus lines licenses within specified timeframes.
What you'll need#
- Completion of a 2026 WTW summer internship.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, with a graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong time and task management skills.
- Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback, and deliver accurate work.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interface with customers and collaborate internally.
- Analytically driven and detail-oriented mindset.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship.

- Compensation: $36.00 to $39.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.
