About the role#
This is a full-time position within the Enterprise Risk Consulting team. You will join a 17-month graduate development program designed to build your skills through hands-on experience and exposure to various business functions. The work is project-based, often requiring you to balance multiple tasks while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support the delivery of client projects to identify, assess, quantify, and manage enterprise risks.
- Work alongside consultants, data scientists, actuaries, catastrophe modelers, and business continuity specialists.
- Perform enterprise risk management assessments and maturity reviews.
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk identification, prioritization, and risk register development.
- Design risk appetite, tolerance, and governance frameworks.
- Perform strategic risk quantification and decision-support modeling.
- Develop business continuity planning and operational resilience programs.
- Create risk monitoring, reporting, and key risk indicators.
- Perform benchmarking, research, and analysis to support client recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm and contribute to new consulting methodologies, tools, and AI-enabled approaches.
What you'll need#
- Completion of a 2026 WTW summer internship.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback, and deliver accurate work.
- Strong time, task, and project management skills.
- Relationship management capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Intellectual curiosity and a self-starter approach to learning.
