About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for the summer of 2027. You will join the HR Technology team to help improve how we manage knowledge and operate AI tools. You will work on projects that impact our internal HR systems and gain experience in a financial services environment. You will work with mentors and team members to develop your skills, learn about our products, and build a professional network.
What you'll do#
- Audit and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Create user-friendly guides, process maps, and workflow diagrams to simplify HR transactions.
- Identify and fix outdated or inconsistent content across our repositories.
- Test AI-powered digital assistants in Workday to ensure accurate and compliant responses.
- Document findings from testing to improve AI performance and user experience.
- Help design knowledge taxonomies, metadata, and content structures for future migrations.
- Support the creation of metrics and scorecards to track agent performance.
- Map documentation to specific Workday business processes.
What you'll need#
- You are a current junior with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze information to find patterns, gaps, and inconsistencies.
- Interest in HR technology, knowledge management, and AI-enabled tools.
- Experience or coursework in HR, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or Communications.
- Familiarity with Workday, case management tools, or employee self-service platforms is a plus.
- Experience creating process maps, SOPs, or job aids is helpful.
- You must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
