About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for Summer 2027 within the Digital and Technology department. You will work on real projects that affect our business, interact with senior leaders, and build a professional network. This role is full-time and requires on-site attendance in Bethlehem, Holmdel, or New York.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI applications and digital assistant solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and turn them into technical specifications.
- Research and track advancements in natural language processing, machine learning, and LLM technology.
- Learn from mentors and team members while gaining insight into our products and values.
- Engage with other interns and colleagues to build your professional network.
- Ask questions about data and facts to help drive our work forward.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Experience in software development using Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or another programming language.
- Familiarity with common software libraries and frameworks.
- Interest in AI concepts like LLMs, Agents, MCPs, AI Skills, Context Engineering, and AI Coding Harnesses.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
