About the role#
Join the Resources - Industrial and Mining division at WSP. You will work on projects ranging from conceptual studies to full implementation, including commissioning and industrial programming. This internship provides the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects from our offices.
What you'll do#
- Produce plans, specifications, and details for electrical, mechanical, industrial, mining, or institutional projects.
- Complete quantity take-offs and help prepare budget estimates.
- Collaborate on the verification and production of tender documents and other technical files.
- Assist the project manager with daily operations.
- Participate in coordination meetings with the design team.
- Perform other related tasks to support project delivery.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Ability to learn quickly and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Genuine interest in the industrial and mining sectors and large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D is an asset.
- An ASP Construction card and a valid driver license are also considered assets.

- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $21.50 - $30.25 per hour for Quebec.
