About the role#
This internship provides students with exposure to business operations within the Aerospace and Energy industry. You will gain practical experience and work on projects related to your academic interests. This position is a full-time, paid summer 2027 opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning and executing HR-related projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Research and recommend improvements for HR project management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment on goals.
- Organize and maintain project documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting notes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as at least a sophomore in an accredited college or university program.
- A grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Major in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Status as a U.S. person as defined by ITAR and EAR regulations.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Fort Collins, Colorado, or Niles, Illinois.
- Compensation is based on academic standing: $21.00 per hour for sophomores, $23.00 for juniors, and $25.00 for seniors.
- Benefits include sick time and medical, dental, and vision insurance for those working 20 or more hours per week.
