About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2027 internship. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in the aerospace and energy industries. This role offers exposure to real business operations and the chance to work alongside professional engineers on electromechanical products.
What you'll do#
- Support the Aerospace Actuation Systems Hydraulics Engineering team with new product introductions and sustaining processes.
- Assist with data analysis, report writing, and documenting investigation findings.
- Provide project support by sponsoring engineering changes and performing root cause analysis.
- Help with assembly and test production, including data collection from test stands and troubleshooting.
- Assist project engineers with the research, development, design, fabrication, and testing of electromechanical products.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in an accredited college or university program.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with PCs and MS Office programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR and EAR regulations.
