About the role#
This internship provides exposure to business processes within the aerospace and energy industry. You will work on projects related to SAP S/4HANA and gain hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Document and analyze aerospace-specific business processes, including planning, production, procurement, inventory, and quality management.
- Support data validation, cleansing, and migration activities for materials, vendors, and production data.
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting SAP enhancements, configurations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support system improvements.
- Develop reports and dashboards using SAP Fiori or embedded analytics tools.
- Help prepare training materials and user documentation for SAP end-users.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in an accredited degree program, specifically Computer Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- A grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency with PCs and MS Office programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Status as a U.S. person as defined by ITAR and EAR regulations.
Location & details#
- This role is on-site at our facilities in Niles, IL, Fort Collins, CO, or Rockford, IL.
- This is a full-time internship for the Summer 2027 term.
