About the role#
This internship provides exposure to business operations within the Aerospace and Energy industry. You will join the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to support strategic programs and learn how large-scale initiatives are delivered. This is a full-time, paid summer position designed to build project management and organizational change skills.
What you'll do#
- Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and status updates.
- Prepare materials for meetings, take notes, and follow up on next steps.
- Organize project documentation, change requests, and key records.
- Assist with PMO reporting and status updates.
- Support project governance and organizational change management tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as at least a sophomore in an accredited college or university program.
- A minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Competence in PCs, MS Office programs, and related software.
- Status as a U.S. person as defined by ITAR and EAR regulations.
