About the role#
Winland Foods is hiring a Customer Experience Student Worker for our Green Bay location. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in business operations and order fulfillment. You will work directly within our systems, including SAP, to support supply chain and sales processes. You will also have the chance to meet with site leadership through one-on-one sessions.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate with internal departments such as supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit, and IT.
- Manage both daily tasks and specific projects.
- Gain practical experience in business acumen and order fulfillment processes.
- Work in multiple software systems to handle customer requests and shipment coordination.
- Maintain high accuracy while interacting with various teams.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited university pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher, both overall and within your major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
Location & details#
- Location: 1120 Employers Blvd. Suite 200, De Pere, WI 54115.
- Schedule: On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, up to 20 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling, flexible based on student enrollment status.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
