About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers students a chance to work with a specific product category team, such as furniture, tabletop, or bath. You will gain insight into how our teams create product strategies, manage pricing, and interpret data to drive customer engagement. This is a full-time, paid position designed for students graduating in 2028.
What you'll do#
- Create product strategies and manage pricing for your assigned category.
- Interpret data to develop and pitch new product recommendations.
- Attend business critical meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Pioneer a new idea and present your proposal to our executive leadership team.
- Participate in professional training, networking events, and cohort lunches.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program, majoring in Business Administration or Marketing.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Proficiency in Excel, specifically with vlookups and pivot tables.
- Ability to work onsite 4 days a week at our office in Brooklyn.
- A strategic and critical mindset for problem solving.
