About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers students the chance to work within a specific product category, such as furniture, tabletop, or bath. You will gain insight into how our teams manage inventory to ensure the right products reach our customers. You will work alongside mentors and leaders to develop your skills in a professional retail environment.
What you'll do#
- Use forecasting tools to optimize inventory flow and support top-line sales.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve future inventory needs.
- Attend business critical meetings and lead assigned projects.
- Brainstorm with the leadership team and present project proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program, graduating in 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
- Ability to think strategically and critically to solve problems.
- Strong prioritization skills to react to business needs.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.

- Location: San Francisco, California.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7th to August 13th).
- Modality: Hybrid, with an onsite requirement of 4 days per week.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
