    About the role#

    This 10-week summer internship offers undergraduate students a chance to learn the fundamentals of retail merchandising. You will join a team at Rejuvenation in Portland, gaining insight into how we create product strategies, manage pricing, and interpret data. This role is a full-time, paid position designed for students graduating in 2028.

    What you'll do#

    • Work with a specific product category to see how business decisions are made.
    • Develop your own product recommendations based on data and market trends.
    • Attend business meetings and professional training sessions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily tasks.
    • Brainstorm with leadership and lead your own projects.
    • Pioneer a new idea and present your proposal to executive leadership at the end of the program.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in your junior year of an undergraduate program, majoring in Business Administration or Marketing.
    • A minimum GPA of 3.5.
    • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
    • Interest in product, home decor, and retail trends.
    • Ability to solve problems strategically and think critically.
    • Strong prioritization skills to manage a busy workload.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Portland, Oregon.
    • Modality: Hybrid, with an onsite requirement of 4 days per week.
    • Term: Summer 2027 (June 7th to August 13th).
    • Note: We do not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
