About the role#
West Bend Insurance Company is hiring for a Summer 2027 IT Data Engineer Intern. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our offices. You will join an agile delivery team to solve real business problems and work alongside a mentor to build your professional skillset.
What you'll do#
- Develop technical skills in Snowflake, Databricks, Python, and SQL for data management and analytics.
- Collaborate with your team to address business challenges.
- Participate in a community service project.
- Work in an office environment with access to company amenities.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT program.
- Experience working with at least one coding language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
