About the role#
The Customer Experience Intern supports our team by analyzing customer feedback, policy data, and digital experience insights. You will help improve the experience for our policyholders and agents. This role involves working with Voice of Customer reporting, customer journey measurement, and data storytelling. You will gain hands-on experience using survey platforms, Power BI, Databricks, and Google Analytics to identify trends and transform data into recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Collect, prepare, and analyze customer feedback, policy data, and web analytics.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Databricks.
- Identify trends within customer data and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Develop and maintain customer personas and journey maps.
- Monitor and evaluate the digital experience performance of our policyholder and agent portals.
- Support Voice of Customer programs through survey creation, administration, and insight generation.
- Partner with Customer Experience Specialists and business teams on projects.
- Contribute to presentations and communications for leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Customer Experience, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings through storytelling and presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with or coursework involving tools such as Power BI, Databricks, Excel, Google Analytics, or survey vendors.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in West Bend, Wisconsin.
