About the role#
We are looking for an Accounting Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in West Bend, Wisconsin. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting core finance functions and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Perform general accounting tasks including data entry, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with financial analysis and quarterly reporting.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Help with data analysis, reporting automation, and process improvement projects.
- Participate in company volunteer initiatives and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an expected graduation date in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- An interest in using technology, automation, and AI tools to improve financial processes.
- Ability to work independently and remain task-oriented.
- Advanced Excel skills, such as Power Query and PivotTables, are preferred.
