    About the role#

    The Global Revenue Analyst Co-op focuses on client invoicing and reporting. You will work with the Revenue and Invoicing team to prepare quarterly management fee invoices. This role involves handling sensitive information and interacting with the Client Group and Investment Products and Fund Services teams. You will help process reporting data, update client records, and resolve payment questions. This position is open only to Northeastern University students.

    What you'll do#

    • Process and review management fee invoices and supporting documentation.
    • Calculate and present data for client reporting in collaboration with Client Group teams.
    • Take part in projects to improve team workflow and efficiency.
    • Handle ad hoc requests from internal and external partners.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong grasp of business mathematics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Enthusiasm for learning on the job.
    • Previous work or co-op experience is helpful but not required.

    • Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
    • Term: Winter 2027.
    • Modality: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
    • Employment: Full time, paid position.
