About the role#
The Revenue Accounting Co-op position is a full-time role based in Boston for the Winter 2027 term. This program is open only to Northeastern University students. You will join the Revenue Accounting team to support bookkeeping and data management across the firm. This role offers exposure to finance operations and the firm's investment products.
What you'll do#
- Handle daily Cash Application tasks.
- Prepare revenue and accounts receivable journal entries.
- Collaborate with the Treasury team to identify receipts.
- Interact with relationship teams to gather information.
- Assist the invoicing team with the preparation and review of client invoices.
- Participate in monthly revenue estimation and accounting processes.
- Prepare monthly revenue deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of system enhancements.
- Manage ad hoc requests from internal and external constituents.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job.
- Previous related work or co-op experience is helpful but not required.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid.
