About the role#
The Talent Development Co-op supports the global talent development team at Wellington Management. You will help coordinate development offerings for employees ranging from new hires to senior leaders. This role provides insight into how a talent management department operates, including the systems and technology used to support learning and development. You will report to the Talent Enablement Leader and gain experience in project management, analysis, and communication.
What you'll do#
- Administer development offerings through the Learning Management System.
- Assist the Talent Development team with the implementation of workshops and development events.
- Manage workshop administration, vendor relationships, and online learning initiatives.
- Help create new learning solutions to meet business needs.
- Participate in cross-training across different functions to support team operations.

- Current enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
- A professional, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to work.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
- Maturity in manner and a professional appearance.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.

- Modality: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
