About the role#
The Financial Operations & Analysis Co-op role focuses on providing revenue reporting and analysis to senior management. You will work within the Financial Operations and Analysis group to summarize asset and revenue trends across various products, clients, and teams. This position involves maintaining databases, building models, and designing efficient data presentations. You will support departments such as Global Accounting, Financial Planning, Product Management, and Investment Research.
What you'll do#
- Update and distribute monthly revenue reports used across the firm.
- Automate reporting processes using SQL, Tableau, AI tools, and Python.
- Produce portfolio manager reporting based on AUM and revenue attributes.
- Use technology to create efficiencies within financial planning and analysis.
- Handle ad hoc projects and requests from various internal groups.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maturity, professionalism, and a high level of discretion.
- A sense of humor and a drive to learn about the asset management business.

- Term: Winter 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in office 4 days a week with 1 day of remote flexibility).
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid.
- Eligibility: This program is open only to Northeastern University students.
