About the role#
As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern, you will work with the Finance team to solve business challenges. You will be paired with a mentor and an FP&A manager to develop skills in financial analysis and strategic decision-making. This role provides exposure to Commercial Sales, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Service. You will discover how finance drives business strategy while building a portfolio of accomplishments. At the end of the summer, you will present your recommendations and project outcomes to Finance leadership and the CFO.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects.
- Structure ambiguous business questions and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Engage with senior leaders across the organization.
- Analyze data to communicate insights and business recommendations.
- Build models to improve productivity, inventory management, or market share analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, and data cleansing.
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, or data visualization is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Beaverton, Oregon.
- The term is Summer 2027.
- Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
