About the role#
As a Compliance Intern at AllianceBernstein, you will join our team to support various functions including regulatory reporting, committee governance, and broker-dealer compliance. This role offers hands-on experience with investment products and the regulations that govern them. You will work directly with team members to gain practical knowledge of the firm's operations while contributing to ongoing projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Compliance team members on daily operations.
- Assist with regulatory filings, committee governance, information barriers, and conflict issues.
- Create training materials focused on emerging regulatory topics.
- Conduct surveillance monitoring to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.
- Review marketing materials for adherence to sales and distribution requirements.
- Support various compliance projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student status.
- Expected bachelor's degree completion in May or June 2027.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Major in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in financial services.
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
