About the role#
Bernstein Private Wealth Management seeks interns to support our team in advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. You will work alongside Financial Advisors to assist with asset allocation, capital markets positioning, portfolio analytics, and legacy planning. This role is a full-time, on-site summer program based in New York.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Financial Advisors to provide service and support.
- Perform portfolio analysis and support account maintenance.
- Assist with the preparation for client and prospect meetings.
- Complete ad-hoc business projects as assigned.
- Participate in career management, mentorship, and coaching sessions.
- Engage in networking opportunities and team social outings.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree candidates graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work well as a team player.
- Client-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
- Availability to work full-time from June to August.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred.
- Relevant internship experience or coursework in Finance and Economics is a plus.
- Security Industry Essentials (SIE) certification is considered a valuable asset.
