About the role#
The Investments Summer Intern program provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within our investment management teams. You will be placed in one specific asset class while gaining exposure to our broader investment businesses, including Responsible Investing. The program is designed to help you understand the full investment process, from fundamental and quantitative research to trading, portfolio management, and data science. You will work in a flat corporate structure that allows for deep team integration and meaningful contributions to investment decisions.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to and learn from our investment management expertise.
- Participate in investment research and decision-making processes.
- Work on projects that may involve financial modeling, data analysis, or fundamental research.
- Present your project findings and lessons learned to senior management at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree candidate graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Demonstrated passion for investing and strong intellectual curiosity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in using data and technology to support investment research.
- Familiarity with or interest in developing technical skills such as Python, SQL, MATLAB, or data visualization.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Location & details#
- Location: Nashville, Tennessee.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, from June through August.
- Note: This is a paid internship. Successful completion of a background check is required.
