    About the role#

    The Global Benefits Co-op supports the administration of benefits for approximately 3,000 employees worldwide. You will gain exposure to healthcare, retirement plans, insurance, and professional development programs. This role is designed for students interested in a career in Human Resources who can handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct plan audits, data validation, and reporting for US-based plans.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for general benefit inquiries from staff.
    • Manage the reimbursement process for professional development plans.
    • Assist with international benefit plan administration and vendor invoicing.
    • Help coordinate open enrollment activities.
    • Prepare materials for Committee meetings and compile quarterly statistics.
    • Support audit work and reimbursement programs.
    • Manage ad-hoc special projects as they arise.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
    • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • A flexible approach to changing priorities.
    • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

    • Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
    • Term: Winter 2027.
    • Modality: Hybrid (in office 4 days per week, remote 1 day per week).
    • Employment type: Full-time, paid position.
