About the role#
The Enterprise Sourcing Analyst Co-op will collaborate with the Finance & Administration team to support supplier onboarding, accounts payable, travel, and sustainability initiatives. You will work closely with team members across the firm to manage key deliverables and improve internal processes. This role requires cross-training across multiple functions to ensure operational success.
What you'll do#
- Support supplier onboarding, sourcing, and sustainability activities.
- Assist with purchase order, invoice, subscription, and contract workflows.
- Maintain project trackers, prepare status updates, and document progress.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather information and resolve open items.
- Analyze data in Excel and summarize findings for management.
- Conduct Request for Proposals and coordinate supplier bid activities.
- Evaluate, test, and document emerging technologies, including AI tools and workflow automation solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, or automation platforms.
- Interest in procurement, vendor management, and finance operations.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to conduct research and solve problems.
- Previous work or co-op experience is helpful but not required.
