About the role#
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Technology & Compliance team for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that support our operations and member cooperatives. We assign interns to teams based on current project needs, your skills, and your specific interests. Potential areas of focus include security, networking, infrastructure, operational technology, compliance, and applications.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and general support for systems and equipment.
- Help with governance, risk, and compliance tasks, including assessments, program support, and documentation.
- Participate in the installation, testing, and maintenance of hardware, technical systems, and AI solutions.
- Analyze data with team members to develop solutions for technical challenges.
- Document processes and procedures to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work on special projects that align with your interests and departmental needs.
- Provide technical support to internal teams as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of hardware, software, and technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- We do not provide housing or a housing stipend.
