    About the role#

    AllianceBernstein is hiring a Legal Intern for Summer 2027 to join our Employment and International legal group in Nashville. You will support our team of attorneys who manage legal and regulatory advice, claims, and litigation related to employment law, benefits, immigration, data privacy, and international matters.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
    • Provide support for pre-litigation and litigation matters, including e-discovery.
    • Draft templates, policies, and other legal documents.
    • Assist the Wealth Management group with various tasks.
    • Attend meetings regarding new regulatory initiatives.
    • Participate in compliance training and help develop related policies and procedures.
    • Contribute to broader firm-wide legal and compliance projects.

    What you'll need#

    • Successful completion of your first year of law school.
    • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.

    • This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Nashville, Tennessee.
