About the role#
The College to Corporate IT Internship in Technology Operations is a full-time, paid summer program. You will work on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship from professionals. This role focuses on network engineering, infrastructure, and automation while you learn to apply Agile and LEAN methodologies.
What you'll do#
- Build and manage operations and systems that support internal and external performance.
- Support client outcomes to help investors reach their goals.
- Gain practical experience in network engineering and automation.
- Share your insights and work both independently and within collaborative teams.
- Connect with program managers, senior leaders, and peers to build your professional network.
- Meet regularly with managers for coaching and feedback.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or a related technical field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
- You show leadership skills or have clear leadership aspirations.
- You have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- You have a strong interest in networks, platform engineering, and operations.
Location & details#
- This internship is based in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- The program takes place during the summer of 2027, with a start date in May or June.
- Vanguard operates on a hybrid work model.
