About the role#
The College to Corporate Internship in Application Development is a summer program designed to provide hands-on experience in the software development life cycle. You will work on projects that support client outcomes and contribute to the technical goals of the firm. Throughout the program, you will receive coaching and mentorship from managers while building a professional network with peers and alumni.
What you'll do#
- Build technical solutions that support investment services.
- Practice Agile and LEAN methodologies.
- Gain practical experience in software development.
- Collaborate with team members to drive project outcomes.
- Meet regularly with managers for personalized feedback and professional development.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in web, mobile, or application development.
- Effective analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience with coding languages is preferred.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or aspirations.

- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
