About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within a key corporate finance function at Vanguard. You will contribute to projects that support our business and clients while gaining a broad view of our enterprise. This is a full-time, paid summer program for 2027.
What you'll do#
- Immerse yourself in a specific finance assignment, such as fiscal planning, financial modeling, or performance reporting.
- Lead projects that deepen your technical knowledge and help identify business opportunities.
- Meet regularly with department and program managers to receive personalized coaching.
- Build relationships with professionals across the organization.
- Work toward the opportunity to apply for a full-time position in a rotational program upon successful completion of the internship.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in finance and how it enables internal business functions.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Statistics.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and the initiative to learn quickly.
- You must not require sponsorship or immigration support for work authorization.
