About the role#
The College to Corporate IT Internship in Risk & Security is a full-time, paid summer program. You will work on security-focused technology solutions to protect investors. The role offers exposure to the software development life cycle, hands-on training, and mentorship from industry professionals.
What you'll do#
- Build high-impact technical solutions that help the firm perform effectively.
- Support client outcomes to provide investors with the best chance at investment success.
- Gain experience in software development while practicing Agile and LEAN methodologies.
- Share your insights and drive results through both individual tasks and team collaboration.
- Connect with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and fellow interns.
- Meet regularly with department and program managers to receive personalized coaching.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, Security, Risk, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- A strong interest in web, mobile, or application development.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills or clear leadership aspirations.
- Effective analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and within a team.
Location & details#
- This internship is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- The program takes place during Summer 2027, with a start date in May or June.
- This is an on-site, full-time position.
