About the role#
This internship is a hands-on program designed to bridge the gap between academic study and professional practice. You will work within our investment systems team to build technical solutions that support our clients and investors. Throughout the summer, you will gain exposure to the full software life cycle while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

- Gain practical experience in software development using Agile and LEAN methodologies.

- Meet regularly with managers to receive personalized coaching and feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or a related technical field.
- A strong interest in the financial services industry and investment systems.
- Effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience or clear leadership aspirations.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
