    About the role#

    Trans Mountain is looking for a Land and Right of Way Co-op Student for a 12-month term. You will join our team in Calgary to support the management of land rights and regulatory obligations. This position provides exposure to the legal, business, and operational aspects of land administration, including property rights, contracts, and data governance. You will report to the Manager, Land Administration.

    What you'll do#

    • Support land administration projects through research, analysis, and reporting on land agreements, titles, and regulatory compliance.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, data migration, and document preparation.
    • Manage land records by performing data entry, validation, and quality assurance reviews.
    • Collaborate with professionals across operations, legal, Indigenous relations, and environmental teams to support the operation of pipeline infrastructure.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a co-op program and a related field of study, such as business administration, environmental engineering, land management, planning, or geography.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong skills in research, data entry, records management, and communication.
    • Ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from different backgrounds.

    • Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Duration: 12-month term covering Winter, Summer, and Fall 2027.
    • Status: Full-time, paid position.
