About the role#
This is a 12-month co-op position for a student to join the training department. You will assist with the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), support eLearning development, and handle course testing and publishing. This role is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in either Calgary or Edmonton.
What you'll do#
- Maintain training records and update learner information within the LMS.
- Support Senior eLearning Designers by preparing content and organizing course materials.
- Test online courses to confirm functionality and identify issues.
- Publish completed courses to the LMS.
- Perform minor updates or corrections to existing training content.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program related to Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Digital Media, or Information Systems.
- Active enrollment in your institution's co-op program.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to test online course content and follow established processes.

- This is an on-site role located in Calgary or Alberta or Edmonton, Alberta.
- The term runs from January 11, 2027, to December 18, 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
