About the role#
Trans Mountain is hiring a Finance Co-op Student for a 12-month term based in Calgary. You will work within our Finance department to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions including accounting, planning, and reporting. This is a full-time, paid position that requires you to be on-site at our Calgary office.
What you'll do#
- Support core finance activities including accounting, financial reporting, tax, audit, and vendor maintenance.
- Assist the Planning team with the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Prepare monthly reports and develop analyses for the budget document.
- Support the annual insurance policy renewal process by collecting and reviewing underwriting information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary degree program in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Mandatory enrollment in your institution's co-op program.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

- Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
- Term availability: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, and Fall 2027.
- Work modality: On-site, full-time.
