About the role#
As a Peer Financial Coach Intern, you will support fellow students as they navigate their financial journeys. This role focuses on developing your leadership and communication skills while helping others improve their financial wellness on campus.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one coaching to students on topics such as budgeting and debt management.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to build your coaching skills and financial knowledge.
- Act as a campus ambassador by promoting financial coaching services.
- Post flyers and distribute materials across campus.
- Share program information through social media groups and campus channels.
- Build connections with student organizations, faculty members, and campus offices.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- You enjoy working with people.
- You have an interest in mentoring, coaching, or education.
- You are curious about careers in financial services, banking, or community-based support roles.
Location & details#
- Location: Goshen, Indiana.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, 10 hours per week.
- Term: Two semesters (30 weeks).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
