About the role#
We are looking for students to join our Wealth Management team for a summer internship. You will work alongside experienced advisors to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry. This role provides an introduction to the branch office environment and the daily responsibilities of wealth advisors. You will observe different investment styles and strategies to build a well-rounded understanding of the profession.
What you'll do#
- Complete training on industry software and regulations.
- Deliver presentations on relevant industry subjects and products.
- Assist with projects such as archiving and electronic file conversions.
- Help advisors set up or update their websites.
- Conduct research and analysis related to technology and marketing.
- Support advisors with summer marketing efforts.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Rising Senior status pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Proficiency with computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
