About the role#
Trans Mountain is seeking a Human Resources Co-op Student for a 12-month term. This role supports the HR Operations team through system administration, data coordination, and project support. You will gain hands-on experience with HR policies, programs, and modernization initiatives while working from our Calgary office.
What you'll do#
- Support HR Operations system administration and data coordination, including data cleanup and file preparation.
- Assist with HR modernization initiatives, such as file room digitization.
- Coordinate and administer HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and support year-round operational needs across the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration, Human Resources, or related post-secondary program.
- Mandatory enrollment in your institution's co-op program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Ability to handle data tracking, reporting, and document preparation with attention to detail.
