About the role#
Lake Country Co-op is hiring a part-time Student Gas Bar Clerk for our 2nd Avenue C-Store and Gas Bar in Prince Albert. This position is suitable for students available to work after school, on weekends, and during holidays.
What you'll do#
- Provide service at the pump island and inside the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process guest transactions.
- Stock and face shelves to maintain an orderly store.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the location clean.
- Complete daily reconciliations and required reports.
What you'll need#
- Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Strong cash management skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and organize your own tasks.
- Physical capability to stand for shifts and lift 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certifications.
- Current enrollment as a student, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
