About the role#
As a Student Meat Clerk, you will support the daily operations of the meat department. This role involves maintaining inventory, preparing products for sale, and assisting customers with their needs.
What you'll do#
- Fill and rotate frozen and processed stock according to department standards.
- Package, wrap, price, and display meat products.
- Follow production charts to create value-added products.
- Provide information and assistance to customers.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
What you'll need#
- Ability to lift 60lbs.
- Willingness to undergo training to cut various types of meat products.
- Strong integrity and a results-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to excellence in all tasks.
- Pursuing studies in Agriculture, Business Administration, Nursing, or Nutrition.
