About the role#
We are hiring a Student Clerk Cashier to join our team at the Yorkton Food Store. This role supports the daily operations of our store and helps ensure a positive experience for our customers.
What you'll do#
- Stock and face products on store shelves.
- Handle store housekeeping, opening, and closing procedures.
- Process customer transactions using the Point-of-Sale system, including sales of tobacco and lottery products.
- Pick, pack, and drive a company van to deliver groceries to customers within town limits.
What you'll need#
- Previous retail experience with customer service, point of sale systems, and merchandising.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and kneel as needed.
- Interest in pursuing a career in customer service.
