About the role#
Lake Country Co-op is hiring a part-time Student Clerk for our Pharmacy department at our Food Store in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. This role supports our daily operations and requires availability for after-school shifts, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do#
- Provide service to guests at all touch points.
- Assist with the preparation of prescriptions while ensuring the privacy of personal health information.
- Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, stocking, rotating, and processing returns.
- Handle cashing duties and maintain general housekeeping in the pharmacy.
- Support filing and record-keeping tasks.
- Follow all company policies and safety management procedures.
What you'll need#
- Experience with point of sale systems and strong cash handling skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and organize your own tasks.
- Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Capability to handle physical requirements such as lifting, kneeling, crouching, and standing for the duration of your shift.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Honesty and trustworthiness.
