About the role#
The Talent & Growth Intern supports the Prepare & Grow team with program operations, data management, and stakeholder support. You will assist with initiatives related to executive coaching and assessment programs. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Burbank, California, running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain an Airtable base for certified facilitators and refine existing coaching data.
- Develop quarterly reporting templates for coaching engagements and assessment usage.
- Manage daily updates for the BetterUp Hypesite.
- Coordinate calendars for key Executive Development events.
- Update and track leader assessment history.
- Create and organize documentation, including SOPs and recurring workflows.
- Develop education and marketing materials for coaching and assessment programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, with junior or senior standing preferred.
- Major in HR, talent management, operations, data management, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Age 18 or older with unrestricted work authorization.
- Experience with Airtable or SharePoint is preferred.
- Interest in leadership development or organizational behavior is helpful.
