About the role#
CatchBack Cards is looking for a Growth Intern to help scale our operations in the trading card space. This role focuses on execution, content creation, and running experiments to drive user acquisition. You will work directly with the founders on marketing initiatives that have an immediate effect on our growth and revenue.
What you'll do#
- Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Produce social media content using raw footage, creator submissions, and product launches.
- Coordinate with influencers and creators to build high-performing content.
- Launch and iterate on growth experiments across paid and organic channels.
- Support go-to-market initiatives for new product features.
- Analyze content performance to find ways to improve engagement and conversion.
- Execute partnerships, community campaigns, and marketing operations.
- Take ownership of projects within our startup environment.
What you'll need#
- Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
- An eye for storytelling, pacing, and viral short-form content.
- Interest in startups, consumer products, and growth marketing.
- Ability to wear many hats and pick up new tools quickly.
- High level of organization and the ability to work independently.
- Bonus points if you have experience running social media accounts or working with influencers.

- Compensation: $20 - $50 per hour.
