About the role#
This internship offers a chance to work within the Disneyland Resort operations. You will provide analytic and consulting support to various lines of business, including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment. The program is designed to build your practical knowledge of operational areas while you work alongside experienced Industrial Engineers.
What you'll do#
- Conduct analysis projects focused on operational planning, workload planning, and forecasting.
- Analyze capacity utilization and identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements.
- Apply quantitative techniques, including data collection, computer simulation, and process flow analysis.
- Lead and participate in team projects that require collaboration with cast members and management at all levels.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date on or after December 2027.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Unrestricted work authorization.
- No prior completion of one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new software applications.
Location & details#
- Location: Anaheim, California.
- Term: Fall 2027.
- Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $32.00 per hour.
- Requirements: You must maintain a consistent work schedule, be available Monday through Friday with occasional evenings or weekends, and provide your own housing and transportation. You must also comply with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
