About the role#
This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Celebration, Florida. You will work with the Disney Experience Intelligence team within the Global Marketing and Sales organization. The program runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative consumer research.
- Partner with team leaders to analyze data sources.
- Craft research studies and build presentations.
- Share research results with internal partners.
What you'll need#
- Strategic problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SPSS or a similar statistical package.
- A curious nature and a focus on understanding consumer behavior.
- Junior or Senior year standing preferred.
- Coursework or a major in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, or Market Research.
- Familiarity with conducting surveys and previous market research experience are preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Celebration, FL.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to June 2027).
- Compensation: $32.00 per hour.
- Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old, possess unrestricted work authorization, and be enrolled in an accredited college or university. You must provide your own housing and reliable transportation.
